Gawler fees are unchanged for 2024.
For senior players (born in 2005 or before) this is $20 per game.
Senior players who are full time students AND players born in 2006 and 2007 pay $15 per game to a maximum of $150 for the season.
For Junior players (born in 2008 or before) the cost for the season is $100 OR a SA Govt Sports Voucher may be used to cover this amount.
What is NEW for 2024
The BVHA has introduced a $10 per player levy – this applies to all junior and senior players.
BVHA team nominations and match fees have also risen.
Accordingly, all players will pay an amount at registration of $40 per senior OR $20 per junior to part cover these increases (the club will raise the balance via fundraising).
This amount will be paid in addition to the usual registration fee paid to Hockey SA/Hockey Australia at the time of registration.
Also NEW in 2024
For players new to the game who wish to try hockey OR those who will only play a few games for the season there is now a 5 game membership option for Juniors and Seniors.
A reduced fee is payable initially to Hockey SA/Hockey Australia.
The balance of the (full) registration fee to Hockey SA/Hockey Australia is paid before the 6th game if the player decides to play more than 5 games.
(Gawler fees are the same at $20 or $15 per game plus $40 on registration for seniors – for juniors the $20 initial fee will apply plus a pro rata amount up to $100 OR the use of a Sports Voucher)
